What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept U.S. based Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express for orders placed via the website. You may pay via check, ACH, and direct wire transfers (for large orders over 100 pieces) by contacting our Customer Service via 1-800-771-2734 or email@example.com.

What types of shipping do you offer?
We offer domestic shipping via UPS ground and freight depending on the order’s total weight and dimensions.
Can product be shipped to PO Boxes and/or APO's?
No. Our carrier only delivers to valid residential or commercial addresses.
Can I customize my order?
- Your organization’s logo can be added to the placard or kits can be custom embroidered with your logo.
- Placard customization is an additional $10 per unit.
- Custom embroidery must be quoted as some logos are more difficult to embroider than others.
- Customized orders should be placed via Customer Service so we may coordinate receipt of your logo and printing/embroidering.
- Unfortunately, the contents of kits may not be customized.

Do you have a credit (Net 30) policy?
If you’re interested in paying via PO, check or direct wire transfer, please contact us via phone at1-800-771-2734 or via e-mail at email@example.com. Note that orders will not be shipped until payment in full has been received.
I am an international customer. How can I purchase products on your website?
At this time, we are not permitted to sell/ship internationally. Purchasing is limited to US domestic customers only.
What is your warranty policy?
We are confident with the items we represent and warrant them free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The items must be used for the intended purpose and cared for in accordance with recommended procedures. This warranty is for the original owner with proof of purchase. Should any product be defective, please contact Customer Service at1-800-771-2734 to obtain the return authorization. Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement only.
What is your return policy?
In the event you receive a product different from what was originally ordered or one that appears to have a defect, please notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receipt.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely! The e-commerce portion of our site is secured via https. We do not store credit card information and your contact information is only retained in the event there is an issue with your order.
